We have the abuse report button that was created to moderate serious offenses such as insults, profanity and persecution. It is an official complaint to the GameVelvet Janitors. By pressing the red button on the right of the chat window, a copy of the last 30 lines of the conversation will be sent to the Janitor. It will be then analyzed to determine the seriousness of the fact and take the appropriate actions which may range from a warning to an accout and passport suspension or ban.

Our system depends on stable connections to work properly, and between your computador and our servers there are about 10 routers, providers, or even possibly satellites that the connection goes through. If one of them takes too long to react to a system request, the connection can be lost for a couple of seconds, causing your game to lock up. We recommend you not to open other programs/websites while playing on GameVelvet.
If this happens, check if your user isn't connected to GameVelvet in another computer or if there isn't another user logged on in your computer. The system does not allow 2 users accessing simultaneously the same computer. Note that, if you have just accessed the GameVelvet app and had connection problems, maybe you need to wait a moment (5 to 10 minutes) for your preview login section to expire. If the problem persists, contact the Janitor Team so we can help you with this issue.

Go to your profile, then click on "Edit photo/avatar". Follow the instructions provided and the system will allow you to locate a picture from your files. You can edit your picture by dragging the frame with your mouse, then use the + and - signs to activate the zoom. You can also upload your picture trough GameVelvet app. On the main screen, click on "Upload photo".
The pictures, besides being visible on the community, can be used to replace your avatar on GameVelvet. Therefore, we need to keep a minimun avatar patern, and we try to keep the photo as an individual bust. We also avoid pictures of celebrities, cartoons with copyrigh, simbols, texts, objects, landscape, eroticism, violence, cropped pictures, or parcial face...
There is no way for the Janitor to keep up with all the posts on the Forum and select the ones directed to him. For this reason the Janitor does not answer issues on the Forum. In case of a problem and complaint you must send a ticket trough the Janitor section on the site.
